Class Fees and refunds
As we keep the space for your child whether they are there or not, we cannot refund you for any missed Tiny Tales Dance classes. If you are going to miss a class, due to holiday or illness, it may be possible to offer you an extra class at one of our other venues, subject to availability. Just speak to your teacher to arrange it.
Your booking with Tiny Tales Dance is not confirmed until your payment has been received. Paid spaces are given priority.
If a class is cancelled due to the teacher’s circumstance, we will endeavor to reschedule a make up session. If this is not possible, a full refund will be offered. The exemption of this is bad weather conditions preventing the teacher from travelling such as snow, or if the class could endanger the health of those attending in the case of an epidemic or illness. No refunds will be given.
Photography & Video
Photos and videos may be taken of your own child during the classes but please ask permission if any other child is in the photo/video. However, if the class leader finds the amount of videos excessive you may be asked to stop. Occasionally, we may take photographs or video recordings of the pupils attending a Tiny Tales Dance class or event. We will always inform parents first before we do this.
We may use these images in digital or physical marketing material such as Facebook or Instagram reels, to show our classes in action. They may also be used in other printed publications that we produce, as well as on our website. Please let us know if you do not want your child to be included in these photographs or short recordings.
